Autumn Chase and Magnolia Lakes.

at Grand Oaks Plantation

Bees Landing Recreation Center:

These are two separate but adjacent neighborhoods containing a total of 199 single-family homes comprising a single community sharing some common facilities. The larger section is Magnolia Lakes with 116 homes on streets named Carters Grove Rd, Saville Row, Manor wood Lane, and part of Sugar Magnolia Way. The smaller section is Autumn Chase with 83 homes on Twelve Oaks Dr, Hampton Bluff, and the remainder of Sugar Magnolia Way.

These homes are all three or four bedroom dwellings, with garages, and were built between 1999 and 2003, except four which were added in 2006. There is easy access to schools, shopping, major highways, an international airport, and downtown Charleston.

Amenities available in this community include a controlled access pool, toddler play area, and nine scenic ponds with ducks and other visiting waterfowl. Nearby, a newly completed community park offers tennis, baseball, football, and soccer fields, as well as many indoor facilities.

The character and integrity of this community are maintained by an active home owners association (HOA) through a common sense application of covenants and restrictions.

a great place to live.
